This outstanding six room Victorian Town House boasts six spacious rooms with a floor to ceiling height of 14" just right for any fashion doll including Barbie and Bratz.

The wooden roof shingles, precision engineered precut parts and sturdy 3/4" high quality cabinet grade plywood make this beautiful Victorian home solid and durable. The closet with clothes bar is perfect for fashion dolls who tend to be fashion queens. The two sundecks, tower room and detailed porch posts and spindles add character.

Precut walls, floors and roof (3/4" Plywood)

This kit does not include:

The traditional twelve-light windows do not include acrylic or trim
Palladian window and exterior door does not include acrylic

Hammer, Glues, Utility Knife, Masking Tape, Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit, Paints, Paint Brushes, Ruler, or 1" Brads
